Also...It's just a 'boss requirement', the same way you need a lvl 100 Pikachu for Jessie/James... If anything I wasn't too surprised with 'Youngster Joey' and his rattata shenanigans.

It evolves into Pangoro starting at level 32 while the player has a Dark-type Pokémon in their party.

Either I have just gone through a one-off case of the worst luck ever or something is off with the 10% freeze chance [ice beam and ice punch]. I've been inflicted with freeze every single time my opponent has used ice beam or ice punch on me (3 different battles, in a row). One of my pokemon got frozen at the end of the same turn it got thawed out [i moved first]. :/ thnx
