Each Pokemon has his own ID assigned, those IDs can be edited. That's what I think atleast. And what I wish from the Team is to reduce the level back to 98.. Which would be amazing. Staff never did this, so I don't really think they will do it for you.

Nor Froakie or Riolu are available atm because both have been moved to Hoenn. Btw you can find Riolu as a random reward by Koichi boss in Saffron.

You can only fight them, not catch them.
