I'm going to say -1. Even if unfair, all kinds of automation should be prohibited no matter what the individual's circumstances are. Normalising it for a few will cause the others to start using it too whether allowed or not as a group in response to it. I understand some people have health concerns on it but I doubt letting everyone move automatically would be a good solution at all. It just feels like it's going to be abused further.
