  1. Quoting for visibility: Fossils from Generation 4 and 5 (Cranidos, Shieldon, Tirtouga, and Archen) are unobtainable at the moment, although Tirtouga is currently catchable in the wild.   3. Hi there. Unfortunately, mounts from the Coin Shop are non-refundable - you were asked to confirm your choice after you selected the mount. However, the good news is that mounts and other Coin Shop items are still tradable for in-game currency. What you can try doing instead is to sell your mount via Trade Chat or our Trade subforums, then use the money from that to purchase another Coin Shop item of your choice via Trade Chat. Best of luck! Edit: Shane has now made Cycling Road accessible using the bike mounts, so you may want to hang onto your bike mount for future usage. :)
  4. If you're still having this issue, try tapping the Up direction key as well - sometimes your character can get stuck moving in one direction, and pressing the direction key in question will resolve the problem.

  6. Hi there. You do not need to speak to the subway NPCs or the Wattson NPC in order to complete the Latias quest. Those NPCs are for the Hoenn teleporter quest instead, which is currently disabled. Instead, all you need to do is watch the news on the TV at your home in Littleroot, then start exploring through the Hoenn region. Latias will spawn randomly at one of ten total locations, depending on your game. Here's a video walkthrough with its listed. Hope that clears things up. Best of luck.

And regarding the Coin Shop items, I'm glad to hear it! We purposely strive to keep the game from becoming Pay to Win, as PRO will always be a Free to Play MMO. :) If you're looking for a guild, you might enjoy browsing through our Guilds subforum when you have the chance. No xD Nincada=>Ninjask (full team+lv up) Nincada=>Shedinja (Empty place +pokeball+lv up) In this game, u can evolve nincada at any level This actually isn't a bug - Nincada's evolutions were implemented this way on purpose. You won't be able to obtain both a Shedinja and a Ninjask from evolving only one Nincada. If you want both evolutions, you'll need two Nincadas. Topic moved to proper forum.

  14. Can you explain further what's going on when the game closes? For example, were you AFK when that happened? There is an AFK timer that will automatically kick you from the server if the game fails to register activity from you after 7 minutes. Are you crashing in battle? Let me know.
  15. Hi there. At present, there isn't a way to reorder moves intentionally. However, you can try going to a Move Relearner NPC and relearning/placing your moves in your desired slot order. The downside is that relearning/placing the moves will cost you 2k each time, unfortunately. If changing move order is something you'd like to see functionality for in the future, please make a topic over in the Suggestions subforum - we're always happy to hear well-reasoned input from the community!
