  1. Hi there. Sorry to hear you're encountering this issue. The game undergoes a daily reboot, so please be patient in the meantime - the server you play on should be rebooted eventually, and you should be able to log back in soon enough. As a sidenote, please watch your language, as we do moderate the forums with the same rules on profanity that apply in-game. Foul or inappropriate language isn't welcome.

  3. Arena Trap is not coded yet. You can refer here to a list of bugged or uncoded abilities/moves/etc. There is no ETA on when new abilities and moves will be implemented within the game. The goal is to have all of them in the game eventually, but we can't give you an exact timeframe on when that will be done, since it's by no means a small or simple task. Make sure to keep an eye on our update logs for news on abilities/moves/etc that have been added into the game.

  6. Glad to hear you were able to connect. To clarify - if you're receiving the "Logging in..." message and nothing afterwards, that means you've encountered the ghost queue. Essentially what this means is that you're connected into the queue, the queue window just isn't visualizing properly. If the queue is especially long when that happens, you'll likely have to wait longer than a few minutes to connect into the game. Restarting the client a few times should get the window to show up correctly, or you can simply wait as you would in a normal, visible queue. Since the issue's been resolved, I'll be locking the thread now. Enjoy your game.

  8. If the server is locked, that means that it's undergoing maintenance and will be rebooted. Just be patient, the server will come back up again.   9. Have you tried turning off the controller and your phone's Bluetooth, then connecting again?
  10. Hi there. When you disconnected, were you in battle? If you disconnect or log out from the game while in battle, you'll be automatically sent back to your last-visited Pokemon Center upon logging back in. What I'd recommend doing is using Repels immediately upon entering the Moon, then make sure you're continuing to use them as you progress through the storyline there. This should prevent you from running into wild battles and being transported back to the Pokemon Center, should you disconnect. Good luck.

  15. Hi there. This idea has already been suggested and addressed by admins in the past. Here's a quote from Thor on the matter: However, you can still check your boss timers simply by speaking to the respective boss NPCs. You can also write down and keep track of when you last battled them via something like a Word Document. In the future, please try to read through this stickied thread before submitting a new suggestion topic, so as to avoid creating a duplicate thread of an idea that's already been brought up.   16. Hi there. I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, Paypal is indeed the only means of donating to PRO at the moment. More donation methods may be added in the future, but this will depend on our developer Shane's discretion, as there are limitations on his ability to accept donations from other payment methods. The good news is that many of the Coin Shop items are still tradable, however. So if you can accumulate enough in-game currency, you can still purchase the Coin Shop items you want, via Trade Chat or our Trade subforums. Again, I apologize for any inconveniences this may cause in the meantime. Hopefully you're still able to obtain the Coin Shop items you're interested in.
  17. Hi there. In order to access Trainer's Valley, you'll need to have battled the Red boss NPC and fulfill the Love Island requirements (120 Kanto Pokemon caught and 38 evolutions). Afterwards, you should have the option to access Trainer's Valley when taking the Saffron/Goldenrod train. I need 120 pokemon caught ? not just seen ? Yes, caught. Also, they need to be 120 unique Pokemon from the original, first 150 Kanto Pokemon - so a Sentret caught in the Kanto region won't count, for example. You can speak with Professor Oak in Pallet Town to keep track of how many Kanto Pokemon you've caught.

  19. This is actually already implemented. There are Surf-specific mounts you can purchase through the Coin Shop or in Trade Chat - you'll need to have the Surf HM and the appropriate badge to use Surf before you can ride these mounts, but they'll work in exactly the way you've described above. You can also use the Tree Axe (also obtainable through Coin Shop or Trade Chat) in lieu of Cut, once you've gotten the Cut HM.

  21. Hi there. The best solution is simply to relog several times while trying to speak with the Wattson NPC. It may take quite a few tries, sometimes up to 10+ attempts, but you should be able to get his NPC dialogue eventually if you're patient enough. Other users have also reported that speaking to the NPC from the right side has helped, so you could give that a try as well. Good luck, and let me know how it works! Topic moved to proper forum.
  22. I tried /ref doesnt work. And i dont have an escape rope with me. Also tried to battle with other guys , nothing happens. I restarted the client , nothing. Changed pc, nothing Can you let me know what server and IGN this issue occurred on? Topic moved to proper forum.

  25. Quoting for visibility: Shane has indeed looked into this, but unfortunately hasn't been able to replicate the issue. Have you checked your PC's specifications? It may be that they need to be upgraded. Otherwise, just make sure to open the "Items" tab in battle every so often, and you shouldn't encounter the freezing issue anymore.
