Hi there. This looks like an extraction issue on your end. By chance, were you using WinRAR to extract your game? If so, remove your game files and try to use either 7zip or an online extractor program to re-extract the game file instead. Let me know how it works! Topic moved to proper forum.

Hi there. You've got a chance to obtain a Dragon Scale from wild Horseas and Seadras on certain routes, such as on Route 20 and Whirl Islands. You can also buy a Dragon Scale from Trade Chat or via our Trade subforums. Hope that helps. Good luck!

Sevault Canyon is a part of the Sevii Islands, which you can only access while having active membership and Kanto League Champion status. The map itself is located on Seven Island - you'll need to follow the dock south into the Canyon Entrance area, then wrap around the map until you've reached the bottom right. Sevault Canyon should be the next route after that.

Thats the first island of orange island where the prof ivy live ? Is possible to get a free surf mount to surf there ? And battle the 4 leader gyms, and get their badges, and battle with drake the champion of orange island like a boss ?? These questions are all asking for spoilers. In addition to what Windypuff's already suggested, you could also pick up TM23 - Dragon-Rage from the Viridian Maze, then use that to teach your Charmander Dragon Rage. It's a bit of a trek, so I'd recommend following this Viridian Maze map in order to ensure you don't get lost. Good luck!

Yes, you'll need the bike in your bag in order to access Routes 16 and 17, as part of the subway quest. However, I'd like to stress once again that the bike and the subway quest are not necessary to complete the story, merely for the sake of traveling convenience. Hi there. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues queueing in. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this. From what you've described, it sounds like you may be dropping Internet connection during the queue process. Could that be possible? Try resetting your modem and see if that helps. I'd also suggest restarting your computer and reinstalling the game client.

No problem. :) Actually, I was able to test it recently, and the bike mounts are indeed tradable. You'll need to drag the mount to a Pokemon so the Pokemon is holding it, then trade the Pokemon to the other user: Make sure you've met the proper requirements to trade - i.e., having at least four Kanto badges and being in the same Pokemon Center as the other user you're trying to trade with. If so, it should work correctly.

Hi there. By chance, are you purchasing from Turkey? Paypal recently halted its operations in Turkey, meaning that you won't unfortunately won't be able to donate at the moment. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The good news is that most of the items in the Coin Shop are still tradable, so if you can accumulate enough in-game currency, you can still buy the Coin Shop items you want via Trade Chat or our Trade subforums. I know that's not a perfect workaround, but it does mean that you aren't completely locked out of purchasing Coin Shop items, at least. Again, I apologize for any inconveniences presented. In addition to having Android 4.4 or later, you should also confirm that you have enough RAM, CPU, and the correct Graphics Support to run the Android client.
