Hello sam4142, nope the shiny rates are fine, you are playing on the same same as everyone else, the rates are the same. My guess it that you are just unlucky, some didn't find a shiny in over 1000 hours; you are simply just unlucky.

You guy's certainly don't understand where Shamac is coming from, there is no need for such a feature if the price doesn't increase at all. The 10% increasement sounds like a good thing because it will ensure that the Safari Zone stays one of the few money sinks we have left in PRO. Making it cheaper or for free would be just stupid and just a little hint for you guys who think that botting becomes easier with that feature; it's a clear NO -> limited area -> easy to check for GM's if someone is botting or not -> would certainly not be attractive for bots in general.

The costs should increase by 10% each run, so making the ticket 1 hour long should cost 16,5k; 2 hours should cost 33k, 4hours should cost 66k and so on well nobody would pay 1mil for a weekly pass lol

Hello Dothel, as far as I know scraggy was an old excavation pokemon on red; yellow never had it but I am pretty sure PRO will add it in the future back to the game; but right now the answer is no, there is no way to obtain scraggy.
