Hello Leinad01, I am really sorry for the inconvenience but can you explain this whole situation a bit further since I actually don't understand what happened and also this may help the staff team to help you faster. Did you release the pokemon by mistake or did it just disappear? Did you check everything correctly, like your whole box and your party? Did you trade it to someone but forgot about it? Did you lose it after the server crashed? Please post the ID of the pokemon (Screenshot if possible) and if you have it the "release msg" ( I know you said it was by an unknown mistake ). Hello buyshinynair, I am really sorry for the inconvenience but please be careful with releasing your pokemon (there is even a check). About your case, I am not sure how they handle things now with the ID seen on the pokemon but Shane said in another thread that they clean the database of released pokemon to get some space So not sure how they will handle your case now but you have to wait for Daeon(half inactive), Red or (Shane) to come online to check out this thread.
