Hello [mention]Lukacs[/mention], go back to Pastoria City and speak to the grunt next to the Safari Zone, follow him east, then speak again to him, then follow him to the beach and speak again and then head north and speak again to him AND then head north again till you are at Valor Lakefront and battle him; Cynthia will appear afterwards and you can continue. :) Good luck

It's not really a bug; just the script would be too long if Arnie puts all names in it. Good luck though o/
