Hello [mention]Hakunon[/mention], I am not entirely sure what happened there but it is certainly a bug and what Alolamao said is to my knowledge not correct, if that is the case I would have lost 2434342 itmes/pokemon. A rollback only happens when the Server crashes and you legit get teleported back a few steps/to another town if you used the teleporter and such. An items loss like this is usually not the case in rollbacks anyway, as those rollbacks mainly have an effect on freshly caught pokemon/freshly found items. :)

Hello [mention]Dani1990[/mention], this is sadly not possible but you can start over on a new server or create up-to 4 accounts ( 2 accounts per e-mail ). There is sadly no option to reset the progress.

Hello [mention]DinnKota[/mention], first of all accounts never reset, so your progress is not lost. :) Did you check if you are logged into the right account? Did you check if your progress is listed here --> Dashboard? I am pretty sure an Admin can solve the problem as PRO doesn't reset accounts for inactivity. :P

Hello [mention]Surrender[/mention], as already mentioned the Hidden Ability chance is 5% for EVERY pokemon and the chance to get either Ability1 or Ability2 are respectively 47,5% or if the pokemon just have one Ability besides the Hidden Ability then the chance is 95%. :P

Hello [mention]NeinhartH[/mention], Arnie already said that the Nikola NPC boss needs an update, so yeah pretty sure you can re-catch it after defeating the boss soon. I also suggest you bring a whole lot more ultra balls next time and a falseswiper+sleeper like Breloom, to make it easier. You weren't prepared enough for sure.

[mention]Laertes[/mention] The 750 hours requirement was public, like since I started playing last summer. The boss fights also reward NEW pokemon as the 4. win bonus and have the chance to drop choice items and up to 80k cash. The boss fights ( notice those were THREE in one update) just add some lore to the quest, as Guardians of the dogs. The idea of making it 100% is pretty good as "safe spot" after 4 wins, just imagine how the outrage would be if it wasn't there and only 12,5% chance everytime? The Pinkan Island quest was long, had lots of story and NPC fights and just look how many people got to it in the first day.

[mention]Starlight[/mention] The CD is 12 days, just the cooldown thing shows 11 days as it is already counting down like 11 days 23 hours and 55 minutes I guess you have to wait 12/24 or 36 days to get your guaranteed Dog, which in the End isn't too bad I guess, at least we have the 100% encounter thingy after 4 wins. :D [mention]chameleon[/mention] Yeah well, that's true and I can see people complaining after the second chance as well but hey come on, MMO's aren't meant to be easy.

It's not my job to explain requirements as I don't make them and yes I was upset about the "random spawn" as well, my guild members can tell. I won't call Celebi easy as 120 Evo's aren't easy to do, those kind of things are meant to be challenging/time consuming. I can for sure say some people will make posts about Sinnoh's requirements and even more posts about Sinnoh's Legendary requirements. The quote from Thor was regarding "guaranteed" stuff and IV-rerolls are still not a guaranteed success for a good pokemon. I am pretty sure that it is not an assumption ". however one of the team is working on a solution that will be both manageable and will please players. I don't want to go into any more detail than that as i don't want to spoil their work.". The bug with catching two Dogs was duo to Arnie being nice and implementing a re-choose NPC for the bells, which he didn't have to do but still did, mistakes happen. :)
