Make sure to CLOSE your client completely, re-launch your client, and then sign back in. You have to actually close your client to get your character unstuck most of the time. It's also a good idea to close your client completely after the server is taken down for maintenance.

As the other players have stated, you are not able to reset your progress. You can either start over by playing on the other server (Red) or by creating a new account. FYI - You're able to catch all of the Kanto starter Pokemon in the wild during your journey.

The reward you receive for catching 30 Pokémon is the Rock Smash TM. The 30 Pokémon must be of different species for it to work. For example: If you started with Bulbasaur and it evolved into Ivysaur, you'd now have 2 "caught" Pokémon. If you then caught 28 caterpie, you'd only have 3 "caught" Pokémon. Hope this helps. Hey there, Falcross. Unfortunately, Mantyke's evolution is NOT yet coded in PRO. Ensuring all Pokemon evolutions work is a goal for the future, but I don't have an ETA for you at this time as to when it will be added. Sorry for the inconvenience. Good luck!

In order to help you with this issue, please provide as much information as possible. Which platform (windows/mac/android) are you using? Why are you trying to copy and paste your username and password? How exactly is your game force closing? Are you receiving a message or a crash dump?

Hey there, flexyy. Looking at the join date (12/19/2015) for your username, it appears that you began your Pokemon journey before the game was split into two separate servers. In order to access your old progress, make sure that you sign into the "Red Server." If you want, you can use the same account name, Flexyy, and begin the story again on the "Blue Server" also. Your game data has not been reset.

Not all of the Pokemon have been updated to Gen 6 movesets. Currently they're a mix of Gen 6, Gen 5 (B/W1), and even a few are Gen 4 (I believe). Updating their movesets is tedious work, but Shane will get to it eventually.

No. Your syncro Pokemon has to be ALIVE and the lead Pokemon in your party for it to work.

1. Yes, trainer Pokemon give EVs. 2. Any Pokemon that fought in the battle and is alive at the end of the battle receives EVs. In your example, both Pikachu and Geodude receive the EVs.

That's correct. The move should now work, but that doesn't mean that specific Pokemon's movesets have been updated. Sorry. :(

I'd recommend posting an introduction, welcoming a few other players, and increasing your post count. The pre-requisites are rather low, so you should have access to most of the forums in no time. I've heard of isolated instances where players weren't able to switch out their Pokemon, but not exactly as how you described it. Glad to hear that it's working again. :)
