Currently, XBox controllers are incompatible with PRO. We hope to get them working in the future, but for now I'd suggest using just the mouse and keyboard.

The Mac client is currently unplayable. We do not have a time frame for when the next version of it will be available. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Which map are you stuck on? Are you using the 64, 32, or Android version?

Members receive: 50% more exp and twice as much money in battle. The option to buy certain clothes/hats in-game which regular players cannot get. They receive access to additional maps. They also receive access to the Sevii Islands after becoming the Kanto Champion. The purple question mark is a Pokemon that can only be found on that map if you have membership. These Pokemon are often from a different region than the one you're currently in. Shiny rate is NOT affected by membership.

We typically don't release change logs for map changes. Minor map changes take place DAILY--oftentimes more than once. We do, however, try to make a post whenever we have a client update to keep players somewhat updated on new additions to the game.

We typically don't offer time estimates for multiple reasons. First of all, we want to be fair to the players. It would be extremely frustrating to the player base if we set a date and were unable to meet the deadline. We don't want to rush things because we want to deliver a solid product. Second, the regionS that are currently under development aren't anywhere near the point of completion which would allow for a reasonable estimation. Developing regions is extremely time consuming. Since all of us work as volunteers, we all run into real-life issues which can slow down our pace at times as well. But don't worry! We'll make an effort to keep the public informed on the progress. Please remain patient in the time being and enjoy everything that this game has to offer so far. :)

Thank you for the suggestion. Shane is continuously working on optimizing the current server code and determining the causes for crashes & deadlocks. Regardless of how many servers we have, the most important thing for PRO right now is to stabilize the game to avoid those nasty rollbacks. Don't worry, though. We plan on allowing more players to play once we get a better grasp on what we already have. :)
