Sorry you're missing your items. The server have merged recently so merging your account would have moved all your items to the same server. You can always buy a new mount if you are not able to get your mount back.

Long ago I had the 32 bit PRO version and it was crashing for me as well but I switched to 64 bit and It has crashed like once. My suggestion is maybe switching the versions? or change some setting in game. Crashes also may occur because of the servers merging so more people are online !. I hope you get this issue solved so no more crashes (:
