Hello there! Did you get Lugia's seen data from the fight against Thor? And the Legendary Dogs Trio seen data by fighting them around Johto? You can follow this guide on Celebi & the dogs's quest; Note: Suicune is now up the waterfall at Tohjo Falls, as mentioned in other threads, not next to the abandonded Crobat anymore, as shown in Carlho's video guide :Angel: If you got the seen datas elsewhere, it won't count for Celebi's quest! Also, the GS Ball is stored in the Key Items in your bag; make sure you don't already have it there! Hey Calahan yes i got lugia seen data from thor and i did all the dogs also, suicune in falls entei in safari zone and raikou also i thought for a moment that i got celebi data from a battle but when i go to ilex forest celebi is nowhere to be seen edit, gs ball isnt in key items slot
