Hey TeamTank. In a earlier thread staff have already expressed that they won't be making items for TMs/HMs that require happiness pokes to use. In example, you need a poke with a certain amount of happiness for it to be able to use Flash. Having these tools would make them totally useless. So in turn, they wouldn't make implement these to PRO.

Hey man I haven't put directions on how to get to Cyrofrost Town, but I'll post some directions for ya! Reminder, you'll need a cut pokemon. Once you go through the entrance in Viridian city head south until you end up in Cryofrost Path. From there you'll end up at an intersection. Once you end up there, turn left and go through the grass. You'll end up at a cut tree. From there go south across the bridge and you'll end up in Cyrofrost Town.

I believe you have to re-visit Santa behind Viridian Gym. He'll give you the Santa Hat+Beard.
