There seems to be a server issue going on right now. I don't think we know why, but if you were wondering staff cannot give back lost pokemon due to crashes/rollbacks. You have to remember PRO is in beta and the servers can be unstable, and crash at anytime. So a good rule of thumb is to not log in when server turbulence is happening.

I agree with Daeon about the OT pokemon rule. It will prove useful because, as I see it. If they allowed non OT pokes to be used, the same top tier ladder players would compete for the prize as they compete for number 1 on the ladders. However I can see how the rule is debatable. Some players won't agree with it because the current team they have isen't OT. Causing most players to re-hunt OT pokemon to participate in the tournament. Now I can see how thats frustrating, but I believe the OT only rule will be better in the long run. As Daeon said here: That explanation explains it perfectly, they cannot please us all unfortunately.

I would assume this is the infamous stealth rock bug. Quoting Hideliet for visibility: I would also check these two links. Bugs in PVP. Suggestion: Ban Hazards.

This is a bug that is fixed by the server rebooting. Make sure you are logging off/shutting off the application correctly as its the main cause of this bug. However some players fix it by changing their password, or restarting PRO.

This is what I personally would do: - Use the f2 key, than close the window again. Sometimes fixes chat errors. - Re-log my client. (Which you have already done.) - Re-download my client. - If all else doesn't work, wait for staff help.

Sadly, staff cannot refund your pokemon. As listed here, and here. Quoting for visibility: I recommend reading the Preventing Rollbacks section of this post. Also it helps to include screenshots! A good tip is to always snap screenshots when trading anything ingame.

You don't need MS to hunt Eevees, or some of the Eeeveelutions. Eevee: Glaceon: And I assume the event will end somewhere after Christmas.

I've done some digging around and found this thread relating to your issue. As Hideliet said in replies: This bug is being looked into, and hopefully solved soon. Sadly there is no solution other than one of the players disconnecting.

I've done some digging around and found this post. This player showed simmilar issues as you seem to be having. A player responded with: This seemed to solve the issue however I don't know what they mean by "download the maps directly."

As I don't know a complete answer to your question. I recommend reinstalling the application as it could fix your issue. Please quote me, or mention me on IRC as your online currently. Hope this solves it.
