Hey Kalianda990, this is a server side issue where the game still thinks your account is logged in. You have to wait for a server reboot as stated here.

Hey ElvisChomongo, firstly this is posted in the wrong area. Try to post general questions here. And the servers are currently online, you can find all the status's here. You may be experiencing the "User is already logged in" bug. If that is occurring you have to wait for a server reboot. If not, please quote me with your other issue, I'll try to help!

I'll have to give this a +1 aswell. It makes no sense to make an item that cost 50 PVP wins consumable. It should've never been consumable in the first place, hope this is resolved soon.
