A Pokemon has 5% to have a hidden ability when caught in wild in PRO (if the said Pokemon has hidden ability), although some abilities may not work due to not being coded in, which will be coded in future.

Server crashes aren't something we can predict, and if we are taking down server for maintenance, we inform via System message, which can be seen inn ingame channels.
