How long ago did you release it ? the SS of it doesn't have the ID on the info card like it has for a while The database for released pokemon gets periodically cleared to free up space Since Red can't find the Celebi in the database it's likely you have waited to long to report it and so the Celebi can no longer recovered

This part exactly lol It's a permanent addition, a place to catch some unique pokemon for end game, it's not going anywhere and rushing through the game would ruin any experience of the main part of the game and be pointless anyway because of the game hours needed to go there in the first place Enjoy playing the game and look forward to going there once requirements are met
