  2. The servers can only be rebooted by admins unfortunately none have been available, as usual once one is they will reboot it, staff don't like the downtimes either there's just nothing we can do lol

  5. Are you on the right server and account ? The quickslots are set to the client not account so you can put a mount in the quickslots on one account and it will be there for all the others

  8. Have you tried alt+tab to switch off and back onto the game? Also try clicking a few times quickly in the chat area, mine got stuck typing before and that solved it for me You can also check your keybindings in the settings just to make sure they've not somehow been cleared
  9. I've forwarded this for an admin to have a look at to see if they can see anything wrong, are you using the right email on the reset page ?

  17. It was changed from the light theme due to the popularity of dark and the light was causing people issues further themes such as a light version are likely eventually, will just take some time since the need to recreate everything on the forums was unexpected from an update

  19. Have you tried downloading from one of the mirrors ? Adding firewall/antivirus exceptions may also help

    Your account is still coming up in searches so should be fine, have you tried resetting password in your account page ?
