I have the same issue and I've tried looking into the issue myself but it's not my strong point and even if I had managed to find a solution I'd have to wait for someone with the ability to edit it to do it, it is something that's trying to be sorted out just not something that many staff can do anything about unfortunately, until then we're stuck with the issue on chrome

As pointed out, you can bump an appeal once every 24 hours is there's no reply, making multiple posts will only bury your original appeal and make any time waited for a reply appear shorter Donations and membership do not grant any special privileges beyond the coins/membership perks, any rule breaking are the players responsibility and are dealt with in the same manner

I assume you're using chrome, it's really common and appears to be something to do with pixel count, the higher your resolution the more gets cut off, resizing the window or zooming out makes it appear but there's currently no permanent fix

I meant unique as in, there's one of each per server as they're rewards for achievements and/or effort, I didn't mean the 3 normally catchable legendaries will do I didn't lock it before in case of any thought out replies, especially since everyone gets upset when we lock them and they still have something to say, but point proven, if they don't get locked everyone just starts bickering

Did you get disconnected after learning it ? you might have lost it from a rollback If a player starts with Pikachu, they can teach any pikachu surf if it has their OT, not just the starter one

They're rewards which aren't strictly unobtainable just rare and hard to get, not any legendary is allowed in ranked either here's the list of banned pokemon, none with a base stat total over 600 are allowed. This subject has had replies from staff in the past yet gets bought up again regardless, so there are likely some that haven't had a reply or ended up full of arguing and obscenities so got locked and has been buried or removed from public viewing Not everyones legendaries are sync fails/bad IV either yet those ones are still allowed It's not possible to build a team which can deal with every available pokemon regardless, plus using any of the reward pokemon doesn't guarantee them wins, they still lose just like everybody else Everyone hates the fact some have unique pokemon, but wouldn't hesitate to use it themselves if it was theirs, they were earned and as long as their base stats are low enough they're allowed

Staff often pick players when it's suitable or we feel they're a good match anyway if there's positions so you don't always have to wait for vacancy posts Just enjoy the game follow the rules, if it's art then be active in those sections showing off your work, if there's a vacancy posted then still apply if you wish, it's just not always needed
