PRO's main storyline will be kept English as the widely accepted "official" language in the game, even by bilingual players. As NinjaFarris said you can try to download the game file with 64bit Version Download Mirror #2 (Zippy Share) instead of trying to download from Mirror #1 (Google Drive). You can find it in here. :)

The guild Rating is combined all of your guild members' Rating in PvP.

When you receive the "User already logged in" prompt, it means that you weren't able to log out properly, which causes the server to continue registering your account session as active even though you've already logged out from the game. If you are receiving a “Can not connect to server” prompt, the best course of action to take would be to completely close the client, relaunch it and try again. Please confirm that the server is online via the unofficial server status on our website https://project-sato.net/statuschecker/ . Sometimes, the server can go down, but the website can show it as being online. Please be patient and try to use the F5 button again. Almost most cases for "cannot connect to server" prompt is the server being down. Also, as zehhtra said you can try to run the client as administrator.

Can you tell me did you watch the tv new before you went to find Latias. Also, how did you get the Latias' Pokedex data, is it from one of the locations? You can check this guide for the locations if you are unsure about the locations name.

As MecanoJilano said this is not a bug, Red will never respawn after you fought with him and you don't need to win to access the trainer valley. Make sure you completed all the requirement before go to the Trainer Valley. -- moved to the proper forum --

Unfortunately, we can't help you relearn the move back. Since relearning Hex move set can only be done in the Pokemon current stage only. Mismagius will never able to relearn Hex as it has not in its move set, only in Misdreavus move set. Sorry for any inconvenience.
