Make sure your computer has met the System requirements, you can check it in Downloads & Update Logs. Also, you can try to redownload the game(make sure you deleted the old files) and check this Window 7 guide for further support.

Expert Belt hasn't coded atm. Please be patient and enjoy the game for now. Also, you can keep eyes on update logs, you can find any new update features that have been recently coded into the game. -- moved to the proper forum --

If your team is full when you accept the request from Police, it will automatically send to the Pokemon Storage. You can go to the pc and double check it.
