Sometimes NPC's carry diffrent moves that normally isn't obtainble through the usual means. This is in most cases to increase the difficulty level of the game. That being said, Iron head is hardly a move that is considered over powered.

Did you even read what i said? "It will activate if the Pokémon is switched in due to a previous Pokémon fainting." And from what you described what happend, sure sound like it. Then again, whether or not that's intended beats me.

What's said on showdown database; "This Pokemon's Speed is raised by 1 stage at the end of each full turn it has been on the field." So i whould asume, PRO doesn't follow the showdown but rather the latter. Which makes your little showdown test invalid.

Hello Gouldy. The Offical information about the ability Speed Boost state the following; "In battle At the end of each turn, Speed Boost raises the Speed stat of the Pokémon with this Ability by one stage. Speed Boost will not activate on the turn the Pokémon with the Ability is switched in (even if it gains the Ability after switching in). It will activate if the Pokémon is switched in due to a previous Pokémon fainting. "

You're better of fainting level 50+ pokémon's then doing this. Might be t6 but the chance for the pokemon to hold a pearl isn't that high. So its very rng heavy. Compared to the fainting method, which is consistent.

would just like to let you know your "counters" are invalid af. For one Slowking, Venu, Flygon. Magneton. Medi and lee all get one banned (cannot switch into the mon so therefore its not a "counter" Now then 2nd off Jelicent, blastoise and venu all get 2 shotted and get out sped so therefore...its not a "Counter" BUT ex Skarmory can come into this mon without dying in 2 turns so that would be your check :D You're just assumeing you'll sit there and do nothing during your turn. Ofcourse you'll get wrecked if you have nothing to use. That's goes for any and all pokemon's lol. Like for an example the venu, survives long enough to spore which opens up the possibility to take it out depending on how stupid the opponet is. If you suspect a switch you have the healing option on venu. And just play accordingly. Not sure what kind of "counters" you guys deem worthy or not. Since PRO doesn't have tiers, there is sure to be unbalances like the previously people have stated.

Sorry but cant help to laugh. Dont see any reason whatsoever to ban a pokemon that has a ton of counters avalible. Let me just name a few here. Slowking,Alomomola,Venusaur,Blastoise,Bronzong,Flygon,Magneton,Medicham,Hitmonlee,Jellicent etc.. Can understand playing the same old comps are fun and all but when the meta shifts this happens.

See where you are coming from with the idea. However think that will just add more towards the p2w aspect. You can achieve the same results by just adding more stuff to the store without hurting the player based market. The suggestion you made will most likely hurt it more then help it.

Impossible, reason why you gotta be careful when evoing your pokemon's. Far as i know atleast, maybe they changed that over the years as the previous link state.

Doubt that's possible mate, just something that comes with a bad taste in the mouth you gotta keep in mind. Atleast you didn't loose a shiny or something like that.
