Hello Eobard and I am sorry that this happened to you, but lets try some steps in order to solve this. Firstly talk to the computer in the Professor Oak Lab in order to update the legendary dex entries. After it try to talk to the man in Celadon Office to see if you can get the ticket again. If this happens, try to check if the Lapras is on Pallet Town between 12h and 13h and restart the quest. If unfortunatly you weren't able to, do not worry and we will reply here with further instructions to solve this :)

Small update to this thread: When I said that some of you can have a NPC battle I did not say you could ask the team. I understand the frenzy but try to understand that we can't do that, otherwise we would be fighting PvP teams on route 203 (caricatured example). Apologies for the confusion and for the time some of you used to build a team. We are not asking you for your personal social pages, we are asking for evidence (Example), so please do not post your personal pages for privacy. Also adding that, if you follow the FOUR PRO social medias, you can ask for a second NPC.

Hello again, and today I bring some news for you. As Sinnoh is being worked on we have decided to let you choose to make your mark in the game and how so? In a NPC. Sinnoh has plenty of routes and they are ready to be filled with NPCs, some are already built but we need more, and what if you could have your own NPC? You would be able to choose both a name and a message (possibly even become a NPC with a battle, which will be randomly decided by us for not let Sinnoh filled with 6 pokemons battle) and have it somewhere in Sinnoh :) So, how can you get it? That is easy, the only requirements for that is to follow 2 of the 4 PRO's Social Media pages, (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube), which are at your choice and non limited to only 2, and post an image as evidence that you indeed are following them here.(We will verificate before implementing) In your post, you should also include what the NPC's name you want to ask for and the dialogue. Remember that in this part they are required to be PG texts, otherwise they will not be implemented. [glow=green][Optional] [/glow]If you want and it's in the limits, you can choose the map you want to place it. (base your request in the original Sinnoh maps) [glow=green][Optional] [/glow]You can request to be near other player NPC in order to show afiliations. (Personal advice, you can combine with your friends to make personalised builds) Disclaimer: These NPC won't be bosses. Altho requested, not everyone will be done battle NPC to avoid extreme amount of battles. Also teams aren't eligible. They won't be apart of the story line (Like rival team or Gym leaders). This thread is just to talk about these NPCs and their scripting, feel free to make suggestions to make it better but do not use this thread to ask about sinnoh release, to which we will not give any sort of ETA of release. Hello again, and today I came with some good news. From this day forward, PRO has its own Facebook Page and Youtube Channel. Together with the Twitter and Instagram we are now in the principal social medias of our generation.
