People can't really help you doing the work for you unless you pay them. But you can find a Rattatas in the Mount Silver Area around level 50, which to level 80 is only 30 levels, another tip is that you can teach TM24-Thunderbolt and then train the Rattata in the water. That feature was implemented so people would not abuse the event to have easy rides when starting a new region. You will be able to get all your pokemons back once you have beaten Hoenn Elite 4. You can find Oval Stone from Happiny spawn in Love Island as an example, to make it work is simply by battling a battle versus a random spawn in the wild while in full happiness and during the day. That issue happened because an Admin was doing some work on the server and caused some temporary confusion in your account. Thank you for reporting the error and please do that if ever happens again. Seems a pile of work for scripters because it's not 1 variable to restart (a few hundreds maybe) and that would also stress the server too much with that cleance. Altho the idea seems really good and fun, it's not possible to do it without taking too much risks, and we can always do the story with a new account :) As that is not possible to be implemented I am then locking the thread. I am sorry that it happened to you, but unfortunatly we can't give a reroll in this situations, as it can be easily abused, like buying a thing and saying "i'd prefer the other one actually". It would also make a huge workload to the only people that can change items in your bags (Admins). With this being said I am going to lock the thread for you as we can't do any sort of action in this situations, but 100 Artifacts are normally worth 2 or 3 days of excavation sites runs so you aren't set back too much :) Have a nice week and take care.
