I do agree the competition broke some limits, it has become more of a hate competition and trying to bring people down as much as possible instead of a friendly competition, I do understand that rivalry is good because it brings love for the respective crews and pride with it, and if things are in such an aggressive stage, it’s because it went too far. Good competition only brings improvement and I think PRO players and especially the ones in referred here can manage it. Towards the appeal situation, I am here to say that he indeed requested to show it, but due to our rules I said to not do it, which he understood, and we appreciate the collaboration. I would like to request to not create rumors about it, much things were said about it and from what I heard it was either wrong or extremely incomplete. We investigate your account and you did not have any trade with said amount of anything even close. Which means either you used it to buy items ingame or lost it from battles, which doesn't have any solution as it's a feature from every Pokemon game. Also, doesn't seem you even had the money, but I won't go that far to ask you the reasons why you want to request 300k from nowhere. Another way to do it is by adding him and removing him again. Like it was said above, this is only a graphical glitch, nothing big or outstanding as he/she isn't on your friendlist :)
