Hey kiritousui11 and welcome back !! :Smile: About changes, the game has fully finished the Valley of steel quest, there were some events, some new bosses and a lot of PvP/Battle changes (only remember this right now). I hope you stick around for a lot of time now, have fun :D

Hello Carotagene01, we do not reset accounts so that seems kinda odd. Could you try to log in every server in order to check if you might had your progress in other one? We have recently changed the default server to Blue instead of Yellow, so it happens from time to time, for people that have been inactive for a bit, to seem like you lost all your progress, but actually it is just the wrong server. Let me know how it turned out by replying in this topic :)

In order to help you cross the story you can check the Kanto Walkthrough Guide as it will have all the information required to beat the story. For example, to beat the story after Cerulean (which I suppose it's where you are since you said you have 2 badges): Best of luck and have fun playing :)

[glow=red]Moved to proper place[/glow] Hello Lufergamerbr, I am sorry for the inconvenience of that experience, to be able to leave Cerulean City you need to get the SS Ann ticket first, to which you can get it from Bill, in his house in the route on north of Cerulean. After you talk to him, he will ask you to find his book, what is on his bed (in the pillow part) as an hidden item, interact with that part then talk to Bill again and you should be able to complete Cerulean part of the story. If you mind find yourself in other situations like this again, you can use the Kanto Walkthrough Guide in order to find answers. Hello younjae1215, I am sorry for that inconvenience, I also fixed the image you sent to make it visible so another member of the staff be able to restaure your pokemon, to which I just forwarded now. Can you go online now? If you can't, try to reach me or other staff member in IRC as it is a real life chat and we can probably solve your issue instantly. The issue is caused as your account is locked in a former map that was already removed I think. I sent you again to your past pokecenter in order to solve it, but most likely the only solution possible to solve it will be overwriting your position with our tools to a new place, for example Lilycove City, and if not possible, try to solve it with a Content Scripter help.

[glow=red]Quoting for visibility[/glow] Hello slimane13, I am sorry for the inconvenience of that experience, but fortunatly, as Biaozila shown, you are able disable the Battle Animations by taking the check mark in the settings of the game, to access the settings you can press Escape in your Keyboard and it will appear a small pop-up menu where you press settings and you should be able to find the option to take out the battle animations right away. Towards the Sinnoh update, you can find all the information in here, to which unfortunatly it's still not ready yet, but we are working full steam on it. To solve the loading issue, you can check the steps listed in this thread. Hope this steps helps you clear your issue, and let me know how it turned out by replying in this topic :)

Well, if you evolve it into Haunter, the amount of experience required to level him up the final levels will be even bigger, as my personal tip for you, gather a lot of rare candies then once you are close to level 90 you can use them all on your Gastly and you will skip that hard part of the job :) (Link of a list with Hidden Items for your rare candy hunt, also remember you can buy them from players)

Hello 97Emac, like Shaui said, you can get Solftboiled by leveling up to your Chansey, and as NimrodTheGoat said, there is a tutor in Celadon City that would give you access to that move aswell. If in the future you might want to access the list of tutors and TMs in PRO, you can check this thread as it might have all the information. I have also run some testing myself with other staff members and we couldn't reproduce the bug. If it happens in the future to someone, video or a screenshot of it happening would be enough for us to re-open the case. I lock this topic as its no longer viable, but if someone gets a visual support for it, make sure to open another topic and we will be take the measures to fix it.
