Hello christensen95, altho I am not able to help you myself as this is not my domain of knowledge, you can check the Mapping Showcase subforum and check the maps and the tiles that the players used. Then you can try to talk to the players and probably exchange some information and files to help each other grow as mappers :)

Hello Adham, the application is where you decided to extract the files from the download file. The reason why such informations are recorded from update to update, is because the client creates a file in your computer with all that temporary client data like username, password or items in your toolbar, it will normally be in your temporary files or programs data folder of your system. Like the other users stated, this game and his client doesn't require an installation as it is only a client already pre-built to work without it. Try a few times with some time between each of the try, sometimes it just takes a few times and it will work, if you continue having issues with this, try to follow the steps listed in this thread. Good luck and have a nice weekend :)

There are several stages of investigation before banning a player, accounts in an IP indeed matter, but other factors also interfere with it, therefore if you keep on following the Rules and not passing the limit of accounts allowed for players you will be fine :) [glow=purple]Locked as Solved[/glow]

Hello molinas, thank you for suggesting, we really appreciate every single one of the suggestions the community makes, altho we might not reply in some, we still read them all, and the good ones get forward to the rest of the team and gets discussed. To the suggestion you've made, altho indeed the spanish speaker community is big, they aren't the vast majority, and therefore it isn't reliable to rush it. This suggestion has already been talked in the past and it is covered in this thread. Like it says here, this doesn't mean that this won't be worked on, but it isn't our focus at the time, and we don't give ETA on the work PRO will have next as things can get delayed due to real life situations. Hello Fragilace, I am sorry for the inconvenience of that experience, this issue will be solved in the next client update and the sprite of him still is pink, altho the colour in the chat is the normal one, and don't worry, your pink Psyduck will remain as pink. Altho we already talked in discord, I think everything was already said and it's only fair I post here aswell as I am in that list :P (I will try to keep this short) Welp, mistakes happen, can't go further than that, what we do after it is what it matters and shows our true face and from my side all the prior incidents, it's water under the bridge, from what I might know or not know, it's the past. I would also like to quote from the movie Lion King, aka Shakespeare with fur: To the future I can't predict anything, but I do wish you best of luck and hope this is just a great moment of learning for your PRO and real lifes :) Now, what I said in our WOT wars still remains, and goes for all the other members aswell.
