Hello frozenbond, I am sorry for the inconvenience of that experience, unfortunatly, as you can see in this thread, this is a server-side glitch that can happen from time to time. Whenever this occurs, you have to wait until the next server reboot to play again. Reboots aren't schedule but I just spoke with a higher rank and a reboot will happen in the following minutes. In the rare case, this issues cause by your low connection when you play game and got disconnect, and can potential solved by close completely client and open again. If not solved, you will need wait to reboot. To prevent this issue use "Settings»Log Out" instead of closing the client right away. This action will force the save of the data of your account and also kick your account out of the server, and therefor preventing this issue to happen. I am also going to lock the thread since there is a lot of threads regarding this issue already in the forum. Best of luck. [glow=purple]Locked[/glow]

Hello Theusername, first of all I am sorry for the inconvenience that you guys experienced. As you can see in this thread, unfortunately, this is a server-side glitch that can happen from time to time. Whenever this occurs, you have to wait until the next server reboot to play again. In the rare case, this issues cause by your low connection when you play game and got disconnect, and can potential solved by close completely client and open again. If not solved, you will need wait to reboot. From some feedback from other players, there also seems that restarting the client multiple times and trying to log in will allow you to enter (not confirmed). To prevent this issue use "Settings»Log Out" instead of closing the client right away. This action will force the save of the data of your account and also kick your account out of the server, and therefor preventing this issue to happen. Hello Kevinflynn, I have checked your account logs and seems like you had trades with other people that plays in yellow server, therefor I can only assume you are an Yellow resident. If you might have something to add to this case make a new topic in the General Complain Area to keep confidenciality in the case. Hello yunex, to battle Lance you need to have a team with 6 LvL100 Pokemons. If you indeed have a team with that requirement and you can't battle the boss anyway quote me in this thread so we can take further actions towards the issue.

As the server got rebooted I am going to lock this thread since you are able to play the game. Hello Kevinflynn, I have been digging in this case, as it is impossible for that to happen, which was confirmed by the higher ranks, and doesn't seem you ever was in blue server as all your record is in Yellow. Can you give me any screenshot that could fundament your case? Might just be me, but I think you might have been just playing in Yellow this time and you thought you were in Blue.

[glow=red]Moved to proper place[/glow] Hello alagamon, those colours are meant to diferenciate the colours of the pokemons and their rarity, A pokemon that has the Orange colour, its a pokemon from the Clone Event (which only had Charmander, Squirtle and Bulbasaur), the only diference is that they have a diferent colours based on the first pokemon movie. The purple colour link means its a Shiny Pokemon, which their colour set up changes depending of the pokemon. The last, the Blue/Green colour link means its a regular pokemon in terms of appearance.
