If it come in the future though, you will be able to see it in the Update logs . Despite that, there are still ways for you to help the Korean community. You can try look for a korean guild here , or even create your own to get in touch with other Korean players. I would personally suggest you making a discord channel as well and invite your friends there to talk in every language you may like. Making an introduction here might as well help meeting your friends, since other Korean players can find out about you and invite you to their channels and everything else. Furthermore you may be interested in making gameplay videos for other Korean players to watch. You can make a topic about your videos here. Hello vobo117, unfortunatly TM Energy Ball isn't avaiable ingame at the moment, being only avaiable to get through Level up or Egg Moves, you can find all the list of TMs and Tutors ingame in this thread. The route 16 is at the moment close for you before you can do the quest in Celadon City, in order to help you, I will quote here the Celadon Rocket Hideout guide for you to be able to know what to do right now to progress in the story.
