  1. Sometimes the Coins might take up to 24h to arrive to your account. Also, everytime you buy coins you should restart the client as sometimes just relogging the account might not be enough.   3. Hello CrazyGeekMan, first of all welcome to PRO, I hope you have a lot of fun and make a lot of friends here. Second, you can access the information about that in this thread. I would like to add a resume of it, this doesn't mean that there will never be a translation change, it just mean that we aren't focusing at that matter in the time being, as we have other priorities around the corner.   4. Hello xVictor0or, I am sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced but unfortunatly for the time being there is only the Dark Pulse tutor implemented ingame yet. In Greninja case, it only learns Dark Pulse by using a TM, which at the moment isn't implemented ingame.   5. Have you updated all your drivers and DirectX up to date? Also use Have you deleted all the past Clients and PRO folders you might have in your device? (including from the trashbin) Yes. :/ Have you tried to update all your drivers (the graphic one is the most important) and the DirectX? Also, clean the pc from unnecessary items with tools like: https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download After you have done everything remember to download the game again with all the past clients being deleted and restart your device. Hope it works this time.

  10. Hello PkmTrainerNavy, Blue server is going to be rebooted in 10 minutes and therefor you should be able to play soon. I am sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced. Also, as you agree when you joined the game, sometimes there is some errors in the system and we can't compensate for it unless its a error in mass quantity at once.   20. Hello issayjcr, the PRO schedule has many rotations during the day, but if you come always in the same hour to play you will find only the same time of the day ingame. Try to stay playing longer or enter on other time of the day as you will have other ingame hours. Also, remember that if you speak in spanish only spanish speakers will understand, and thats why we have rules stating to speak in english on most of our channels to avoid multi language confusions, ingame you can use Other Chat for speak any language you want or use "/cgjoin spanish" as it will give you the entrance to a chat only for spanish.
