in my opinion, even if you have legendary poke or pokes with perfect ivs, you still have a chance of losing. so i don't see any problems with that

3-4 Hours ago, i cant move and stuck in PC. It got fixed and now it happens again, i tried to use another device and i still cant move,but i can walk in Blue and Yellow server which is weird..

on the image u post u can see u dont have poke in ur team and there is no nurse joy its mean ur net is not good..i know it coz its always happen on me when my net is suck my internet connection is fine, i can walk in blue/yellow server but for some reason i can't walk in Red server.

did you try close client and re-open it again?. if still not work i think you will wait to rebot the server, or try to restart your modem of your internet i tried it like 3 times and nothing happened..

I can't move, now im stuck in pokemon center.. i have a fine internet connection, also i can access Yellow and Blue server, but not Red.. anybody has any idea on how to fix this?
