Hi Padawan96, Snivy was added to the Bugsy Boss and has the same drop rate across all servers. Keep trying and eventually you might get one ;3

Hi Dovahkiin974, Sorry for the inconvenience. This issue can sometimes happen when you open the Pokedex and don't click any Pokemon. Try clicking on a different Pokemon and then seeing if that fixes the issue.
