I'm sorry about the issue your having with "Play Rough" but since the Pokemon from Hoenn were not coded to the Generation 6 move-sets unlike the ones from Kanto and Johto, Mawile will not be able to learn this move. Hello alvinWXsoh, this is a pretty common issue but can only be resolved by a server restart. To further prevent this issue from happening again use "Settings»Log Out" instead of force closing the client. Hello Belladona, lets see if we can try and get your issue fixed. Could you first delete the PRO files and re-download/unzip them to your desktop or any place easily accessible. This should repair any broken files or re-download any missing ones that could have caused your issue. In the case this still doesn't work try to add PRO as an exception to your Anti-Virus, to prevent anything from being blocked while PRO is being unzipped. Hello Borsato02, as thejollypear stated this is a server related issue that happens every so often. Typically this can be worked around by logging out through the in-game menu rather than force closing your client(Loss of Internet, Power Outage, etc.) next time. With that being said we will have to wait for a server reboot to fix your issue unfortunately.
