Hey :Shy: It looks like you haven't got the Eevee from the receptor yet. After you beat Giovanni, you will have to interact with all of the receptors as one of them will have an Eevee in them. Receptors are the big machines which you can find behind Giovanni and two other places. There are 2 receptors in Giovanni's room, 1 on the other side of B4F and 2 more on B3F. After you get the Eevee, put in your team and talk with Sergeant Rick again. Good luck! If you've already claimed the Eevee, I'd recommend you to double check your PC. As it might be there. If you get it,put it in your team and talk with Rick

That glitch happens with me too. To fix it, I just close my client completely and relaunch it. Hope this helps you too :Smile: I think it is an internet connection bug. But not sure.

Hey :Smile: Can you try logging in to the Dashboard as your account might not have been verified correctly. If you can log in, try the steps mentioned in the issue guide. Also, where are you from. Are you from USE?

Hello the both of you :Smile: Can you guys please try to add an exception for the game to your antivirus; it's usually what's deleting files when flagging them as potential threats. The game may have triggered a false positive in your antivirus, thereby deleting the game. But this game doesn't contain any viruses. You should also try to move the game's folder to another hard drive partition than C drive , if that's where yours currently is. This might also help as some people are having problems with their game being in the C drive. Good luck!

Hello :Smile: The error "File is corrupted or something similar to it is usually fixed by redownloading the game. To do so, first delete each and every file you have related to PRO on your system. Then, download the game again. If still get the message, you can try running the game is Windows 7 compability mode, administrator mode and also add an exception to PRO on your firewall or antivirus. If you still see the resolution error, keep on change your game's resolution from the initial one to the highest one until you get a satisfying result. That means, you have to first change from the initial one to the next one and try to open the game again. You should keep on doing this until you get a satisfying result. Good luck! This may help.

The game currently does not have animated effects for all of the moves. Only few have as you said. I don't think so there is any ETA on when it'll be added. They may be added or may not. All we have to do is keep an eye on the Ingame Update Log. As they may announce it there if they add those effects. Good luck!

12? dont understand :0 is 1 ladder for exclusive Pokemoms that are not being Over Used in PRO pvp Ranked battle have ladders right? So, we have a ladder for ranked battle. We have 3 of them. (1 on each server. ) If we have an UU ladder, again 3 of them . If we have a shiny ladder, again 3 of them. So, totally 12 of them :Shy:

Not a bad idea. But wouldn't 12 ladders be too much. But good idea to increase the value of UU Pokemon. Shiny ladder would be a bit tough as many won't be able to participate but it'd be fun. Good luck!
