So therefore the bid can last only from 12:34PM to 12:49PM(which is full 15min and not 12:45PM) if I'm not mistaken. @Lacomusbid was made at 12:45PM which resets the 15min untill it's fully held. Now I don't see how @Bluerise22won this bid unless I'm mistaken somewhere.
