    Would you spend 200,000 (approx. three times the cost of a bike) on a player apartment that only you could access or your friends while you are in it? The apartment could have a pool for everyone on the top floor, and in their rooms players might have a PC and an item storage box/cabinet. Edit: of course these would be separate from guild halls which would probably be a lot pricier, I imagine

    Other than the fact that the channel would be flooded and would need to be paid for, there are other downsides to game sponsored voice chat, such as creeps and harassment, etc. But I don't see any reason why a player/guild couldn't step up and get their own channel to share.
