Its not what PRO wants, but its what PRO needs. Anyway, with the new client I can actually pixelate something in Photoshop, drag the thing in and call it a day. Instead of having to zoom in the GUI to max to be even able to spot if I hit the right tile or not when desigining a guild logo.

Its a known bug, have already been submitted as a bug here and here. But doesn't look like any staff wanna focus on fixing the forums sadly, so probably why nothing have changed since it was broken awhile back in 2021.
