  1. I agree, the current lending system isn't optimal for ev training, which is sad. As I hoped pro would see that about 30% (not any official statistics) is also ev training trades/requests. I do hope they take some time to replicate their system, but turn off the "safety" features on lending a Pokemon. +1
  2. That would be interesting! It would bring a unique side to being in a guild, from what it currently is: just climing a PVP ladder and be #1. It would bring elevation to what the guild system currently is, which is "a clash between guilds in PVP". However, if they were to introduce double battle, it would make your idea even better. I strongly believe your idea would bring more efficiency to the current clan structure. And perhaps form a better clan system in overall. I hope the dev team will work on forming a complete clan system in the future. As for the Youtube part of it, I do feel like PRO is lacking attention from streaming platforms in general. So this could perhaps benefit PRO in a way that they earn more attention on streaming platforms. +1
  3. The real question is why they even have such a role in the first place... It's in a way "useless". (without meaning it in the bad way) Even with the high requirement to apply for it or the unrealistic points to keep the role, it serves no real or great purpose at all. From past forum experiences and being part of major forums running XenForo, as a member, developer and administrator on many servers. All that does is making it a "competition" between those who want to obtain it, usually they tend to steal (or "borrow") others guides as they are perhaps "better". Making people write about the same stuff over and over, just better. Which leaves us to.... is there even up-to-date content being released by pro continually? - No they sadly don't. So the content being released is a replica of someone else's thread... just a slightly bit changes in layout, content etc. Which is not what PRO want, is it? - I don't think so. I wouldn't change the requirement, but the role instead. Either give it a purpose or just trash the idea behind it, tbh. Got any thought on what I said? Feel free to give constructive feedback!
  4. I highly doubt they would code something like this . . . as to seeing some other replies on previous good suggestions, sadly. :( However, on the bright side. It would surely decreased the general time for IV catching Pokemon, and make it easier to find the right one. I personally would've loved to have a release (Releasing a Pokemon into the wild again) button. However, it should than just be free for everyone. Well what I mean is, if it was a quest or a buy-able item, like a portable pc / bag as you mentioned... That people would rather have it free, or just bump the price of it from 150~ coins and up to around 250k? (grinding is this fan-game's main factor) But I love your idea. Seen a lot of useful ideas on here lately, too sad most of them are seen negatively on, by staff and some members, or deemed as "possibly not gonna happen". Which is kinda sad, as those suggestions (yours also included) is what differ this game from other fan games and the original game itself. Rather quality above quantity, right?
  5. I agree. I know this game is meant to be grindy... and very challenging compared to normal Pokemon games... But adding something like this, would not improve or remove the grind part of the game. But will tremendously help consuming less time grinding for Pokemon, by not having to go miles to find the nearest PC storage... just to find out it has trash IVs and not the preferred ability... xD But I agree, something like this should be coded, and I am sure most of the pro community and its players would appreciate something like this. Even if it does impact a lot on how the previous version of grinding was, it would improve the efficiency of it by 200%. Hope this suggestion gets accepted!
  6. Yea, I agree. It would be nice to see some more/or brand new grass-type/pokemon mounts or clothing styles. As far as the list go now, the items including grass-type/grass Pokemon is indeed very low. Would been interesting to see some new hats, mounts or clothing anyway, even if it isn't grass specific tho.
  7. I agree, this should be fixed so it can function just like it does in the Pokemon games. However, there are a lot of things that still hasn't been coded yet and or is currently broken. Hopefully they'll add this, if it isn't already added, onto their to-do list for future patches. It would surely make my Snorlax a tiny bit more useful with its current ability xD
  8. I think that would make an great custom add-on onto the current Pokemon addition, as well as some more diversity into the game during events. And I think the game is still somewhat broken. Example, some Pokemon that is meant to be evolved at night, can evolve during daytime randomly. But as time passes, I hope they would in overall fix that bug, and that would make your suggestion x2 times better. :P But, this seems like a good idea, considered its a halloween themed one. ( Doubt that it would've made a great Christmas event, lmao xD )
  9. I believe that the game is kinda missing out on having emotes in-game. In certain scenarios, for instance, if you are looking to trade with someone/or just in general are looking for a trade partner, an trade emote could come in handy than. Or if you just wanna be a bit friendly and just say hello or pop a heart to someone in-game, that could also be useful. I think it'll make life a bit easier instead of depending on pm'ing a user all the time. I know this isn't the biggest suggestion, but it does put some possibilities on the table. It also do put a bit variety into the game. Otherwise, I don't see any negative sides with this suggestion. And I know for instance that it doesn't require a lot of time to implement such a system either., which is why I suggested this. Thanks for reading the suggestion! Feel free to leave a feedback, it can be negative, as long as its constructive and not just flaming. - John | Electrocute4u

I agree with you on this one. The chat is very messy atm, so it would be nice if the ones selected as hidden/muted, is also muted/hidden in the local chat. So I see your point. It would make life so much easier if you wanna try to contribute on questions, but also wanna focus on the local chat or trade chat for instance.
  11. For your first point. I like your idea about the guild icon. However, wouldn't it be a bit weird to show it above your head? Considering there is no other hud overlays icons on screen? Tho, it would be nice if it could be a toggleable option for users, in which case they could toggle it on or off from settings? Both Publicly seen and visually seen? For your second point. I have seen a lot of suggestions regarding this. I believe strongly a upgrade in which case is stated here, would make the use of the pokemon storage unit a bit more easily useable. Especially with a search functionality and a filter, in which case could include index nr, alphabetically or catch date, high-low level etc. It would be possible, if they were to rework the current functionality of the storage unit itself. For your third point. It would be nice if nicknames were only on our visual end. However, I don't know a whole lot about these neety tec wizardly coding stuff thngs. But, I do not believe they would create a own application just for that, considering you always have to download a newer client from the website. If they first focused on making their gameclient a standalone client, which you can push updates through, it would be a bit different outcome, I believe. TL;DR I think all 3 points in this suggestion could be easily done and could potentially have a better outcome for the overall community.
  12. Sad to hear about bumping, its really a very unnecessary thing to have IMO. :( Well to address your points. 1. The way this worked on the other forums is that the staff kept a thread updated with what was already refused or coming to the server. Tho the thread became very long and unclean. So they decided to keep it private instead. Since so many suggestions were sent it just cluttered up. 2. That is where the developers could potentially use my idea of opening a suggestion to the public (public discussion). Otherwise the developers would ask the user on his/her thread in private (not for public) about the suggestion if it still lacks a bit of information. Hence this: If they are uncertain or vague in any way, the developers can go to the community for ideas. But mainly ideas would be considered by the developers if its a small doable idea and not very large and vague. ^_^ Anyway, thanks for being the first one to reply. Great too see some feedback, since right now its not very much going on, on these sections of the forums. :P
  13. Hello fellow forumers! ^.^ I lately noticed the new forum update, which is a great way to expand the horizons of the community! I personally have always loved Xenforo and its features, its neat and fascinating! :D Now, this brings me over to a layout suggestion! Which mainly are focusing on the suggestion section. Why I suddenly wanted to suggest this? I've been a part of a Minecraft community called The HiveMC, which have used XenForo for as long as I can remember on their forums. I think these forums would also benefit from how they worked their suggestion section. Since its clean, easy to use and simple for both staff and members. Time consuming? Popularity of the suggestion? Benefits? etc. The suggestion would be a bit time consuming, but it all comes down to the skills and how much time the developers can dedicate. On HiveMC a lot of people thought the new suggestion section worked better, because of how it worked compared to the old messy one. The benefits of reworking the suggestion section is that it would display the suggestion privately (user and staff only) until its moved to public discussion or denied. It would also remove the section that features the denied suggestions (because it would be private instead, would work more efficient this way). And people would not be able to boost their post ratio on suggestions.. :P Now... onto the suggestion itself! Rework the suggestion section completely I am pretty sure the community would appreciate a clean way to suggest something and reading about what was implemented to the game. So how would this work? First of all, you'd need to rework the sub sections of the forum's suggestion section (see example from HiveMC's forum style for a better understanding) Divide it into 3 sections first: - Public discussion - Then a section where they submit their ideas, but includes two sub sections: Can read about what to include in the suggestion they are about to make And a thread with what is already coming to the server - And a section where all the accepted ideas are stored, so people can read about them. How will this system work compared to the current one? The current system is based off on replies from the community and attention from staff members. Which in overall are two common things you should not have, not that its wrong having it this way. Its just not clean and user friendly. The new system would avoid those two things, until the thread itself is accepted by a staff/developer or opened for public discussion. This would first of all keep suggestions private until they are accepted, or opened for public discussion just to state that. About the types of suggestion state? Accepted suggestion would be stored in a sub section where people can go in and read about what was implemented to the server. Public discussion would serve as a way for the developers to ask the community if they think Pokemon Pro should work on that suggestion or not. Denied suggestion would not be shown public, but only for the user who created it. This would clean up and remove a unnecessary section. - And I personally think it would benefit users who don't dare to post a new suggestion because it would be visible to the community if denied. What are the staff's job on this? First of all, the staff do play an important role in this. Depending on how the hierarchy works on Pokemon Pro, but tho it shouldn't matter too much. The developers do have the final word on suggestions, as in moving them, locking them or otherwise opening them for public discussion. However the other staffs here do have a voice on this and are able to comment on the suggestion, if they feel for it. Note: A suggestion should not be judged by the number of staff comments or if the suggestion perhaps lacks enough information. But whether the final idea is doable or not and if the developers have enough time for it. How would this be clean at all? Why not keep it as it is? The current system is based on comment and hope for a reply by a staff member, right? Its sadly not as clean, its a high risk your suggestion is overlooked and perhaps never looked at, at all. :( Which can be struggling at times, if you really have a burning idea, which might be good... But its overlooked because of many other active threads that were discussed in the meanwhile. (and bumping a thread shouldn't really be a option here) I think that keeping things private would help staff sort out the suggestions that is not doable compared to those that might be, before letting the community reply on it. Currently its just a pile of suggestions that people can post on before its even looked at by a staff. It would serve no purpose if the suggestion was not doable to start with. :( Its also a easy way for members to easily boost their post ratings, which is kinda a cheap way to earn some trophy points. :/ It would give the developers a chance to think thoroughly about the raw suggestion. (and doesn't need to go through 1000 different replies on that suggestion) Have I missed something? Feel free to let me know below or start a conversation with me! Thanks you for reading this suggestion! ^.^ - John | Electrocute4u
  14. I downloaded the latest version of the game launcher, installed and extracted it in my documents folder (as I've always done). Tho the game itself seemed to run into problems even from the first few seconds of launching the game executable. The problems that occur: Lag during startup, minimizing, tab'ing away or clicking anywhere on the window during startup phase. System lag during startup, signing in, signing out, closing, opening and otherwise interfering with the application. Freezing at login, clicking on the application reveals it either has crashed or doesn't respond. Login doesn't work, tried all 3 servers. All reveals zero responds as of the moment. (Might just be down) Tried to run the program itself in compatibility mode as well as to troubleshoot it for problems. (No problems were found with it) The application seemed to work better when launched in Windows 8 mode, instead of Windows 10 or 7) I tried to launch the application in Windows 7, didn't fix the issues just to clear that part up. Also unchecked it from my firewall and launched it with Admin permission, no effects either. My Computer stats: I run a 64 bit computer, with x64-based processors Intel® Core i7 -7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz Installed memory: 32 GB

  18. Hey there ^_^ I'm John, an 18 year old boy from Norway. :D A senior student in Media & Communication, I attend design/video/film part of it, and therefore I'm learning 3D animation, editing videos, editing websites and a lot more interesting things! :P I started playing Pokemon PRO the 18th of April 2017, and from that point and onwards spent 50 Hours and 34 minutes online ^_^ Whilst I'm new to the game (but not Pokemon) I already progressed insanely fast the first 2 days, but then onwards been mostly leveling up and learning my progress method and upgrade it :P Whilst in my spare time I develop games, designing websites, moderating Minecraft servers and editing videos (e.g intros, outros, montages etc). My friend was the one that showed me Pokemon PRO, without him, I probably wouldn't even know it existed at this point ^_^ Have a great day people ^_^ Happy to be a part of the PRO community  - John | Electrocute4u
