For healing items (potions, revives and or revival herbs), you can obtain a lot of these from different digspots in Johto. One of the best Digspots for healing items are SlowPoke Well. Do note that this requires a Pokemon with Dig and at least a happiness level of 150 or more (can check with /Happiness X in chat (where X is replaced with the party number of the pokemon to check). Furthermore, if you have any Nuggets or anything that is considered a valuable item (see a full list here), these can be sold to the Item Maniac found in Ruins of Alph for some decent money. There are also various different Pokestops around Johto, that I urge you to interact with, they also include healing items in their reward tier. Read more about Pokestops here.
