Also pory 2 have superior special defensive stats than physicall defenses stats by just 5 This pokemon can be very usuable on pvp in my opinion

It forsure worth more That epic 30 HP 31 special def is amazingly great You can work it as a pory 2 evolite And run thunder wave, toxic, recover, light screen/reflect since sadly you are very weak at special attacks, another choice is to try physicall but they wont be that strong Therefor i believe is best as a support pokemon to wear down special attackers with its toxic/thunder wave and aid your team with either light screen or reflect
