When you catch a shiny Pokemon, I advise you to force save your progress by logging out manually, by this way the server save your last data and your Pokemon is safe. Actually there is indeed a scripting bug, according to their Serebii page, Lickitung and Lickilicky should be able to learn Amnesia through Egg Move, even on Gen6/5/4

Hello Bluetiful You don't need to have an active Membership to buy the Kanto Safari Pass, you just have to be Hoenn Champion. Once you buy it, you get an unlimited access in the Safari (only in the region you bought the pass) for the next 24h. However after each 20 minutes spent the Safari you'll be teleported in the lobby and you'll have to enter again, but still without any extra fee. If you have further question regarding this feature, just ask ! :Sing:

Most of the time when a player facing this issue, it misses a caught data in the Pokedex, so please have carefully a check on your Johto Pokemon caught data !
