  4. Hello Naranjita I'm sorry for what happened to you. I see that you created 2 reports about the same issue and one of them was posted in the wrong section so I moved it in the Report Center. Now I can only advise you to remain patient and wait for an answer from one of our Moderators. It may take some time according to their schedule. Of course, you don't have to donate to get a quicker answer, it doesn't work this way. Keep in mind that we have also real IRL stuff to take care and we can't manage PRO 24h/24h.   7. Hello Eitan678 and welcome to PRO ! First of all, in order to be able to trade in PRO you must obtain the 4th Kanto Badge (Rainbow Badge ▪︎ Celadon City). Once you have it, just meet your trade partner in the same Poke Center, double click on it (or use the chat command : /trade <nickname>) and select Trade. As [mention]Icefyra[/mention] advised you, when you trade with someone else you don't trust, take some screenshots or your trade agreement and PM discussion. These evidence would help you in case you need to report someone because of a scam, for example. If you need further assistance, feel free to ask :Sing:

  9. Hello DARKnight777 Sorry for this inconvenience. As previously stated, Red server has encountered some crash issue earlier and this would explain why you were unable to get online. Everything is back to normal now, and you should be able to login. Henceforth if you have doubt about server status, feel free to check our Server status checker or join our Official Discord and check the #announcement channel to keep you updated when a crash/maintenance occurs on your server. Given that this Pokemon is located in a closed area and there's no ETA on when you will be able to get freely on it, I just advise you to remain patient.   20. Hello CheiradorDePPK Here's all the information you need to know about legendary Pokemon, have a check on the summary just below. Of course, you have to meet some requirements to be worthy of them, such as : get a certain play time, complete some quests, get a certain amount of Pokemon/evolved Pokemon in your Pokedex, etc... And sometimes is only a luck matter, like on Genesect. More legendary Pokemon would may come in the future, who knows... ?   21. Hello Huncutocska Actually this is not a bug, encounters are different according to the time of the day. Precisely, on this route you can find multiple Pokemon depending on whether you surf or fish. Via Surfing, there is no Pokemon that can spawn during Day time (10 am — 8 pm), that's why you can't find any of them, unless you use your Fishing Rod.
