Hello BlueGoblin In order to get access to Trainers Valley, you need first to fight Red on top of Mt Silver (no matter if you lose against him), and get over 120 Pokémon from Kanto in your Pokedex and at least 38 evolved. Once you have done these requirement, take subway from Saffron or Goldenrod station, you should get the choice to go on Trainers Valley. To avoid this kind of issue next time, I advise you to use an Everstone, which will prevent your Pokémon from evolving, and avoid missclick from your side. Please be careful next time ! I understand your anger, Phione is a legendary Pokemon pretty difficult to get but unfortunately we can't do anything because it was lost in a rollback. You have a good reflex to force the save by logging off, but sometimes this is not enough to keep your progress, especially in this case. Crash and rollback are out of our control so it will be impossible for us to help you.     Hello Mupxapuyc This kind of characteristic is related to the reroll IV's feature, which is not functional for now. If in a next update this feature is fully added, you'll have the choice to lock some IV's and reroll the ones you don't want to keep. But as i said, this feature is disabled, so just ignore it. :Grin:
