Hello Nowfingerless I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but we can't respawn you another Jirachi or refund your money/balls. You have to beat boss Nikola in Unknown Place in order to be able to catch it again. From what I see on your screen, you seems to get your storage boxes full, that's why you were stuck in battle. The game prevents you to catch more Pokémon, since there's no more place in your boxes. Also, as you can see it from this topic :
