Oh yes. So these numbers are shortcut on which ones you can define an item you often use. Like your mount or you fishing rod. Just drag and drop the item you want from your bag, as showed on the gif (it needs to load for few seconds).

Hello Rolinjay420 As said in the main topic of the Bug Catching Contest, you need at least 400 points to get the Volcarona Wings if you get a shiny Pokemon, and at least 290 points if your Pokemon is not shiny. I'm sorry but you can't claim the Wings with this Pokemon.
