You can easily find this item in Dig Spots, also some wilds Pokemon like Magnemite Onix or Scyther can holds it. Hello R0ckleecomeback I'm sorry for the inconvenience but as your Pokémon is already evolved, we are unable to un-evolve it and make it become a Gallade. As you can see it on this screenshot, you need a Dawn Stone and a male Kirlia in order to get a Gallade. You can find this item pretty easily in Dig Spots, Excavation Site, Rock Smashes in Love Island or even buy it in Trade Channel if you don't have one yet. If you have any doubt about an evolutionnary line, feel free to check first on Serebii for example, it could avoid this kind of situation for you in the future.
