i had this issue yesterday. relogging makes it so you can move again. you can heal from your grandma. If you completely close the program it allows you to heal at poke center again

How do i find route 119b in hoenn. Ive looked all over one route 119a and near the Weather institute and cant seem to find it. Can see items and bridges above the Weather institute. No way to get there though. Really wanna hunt feebas. Help would be appreciated
