As already stated, try to register with gmail/outlook emails. you'll have to try again and again. that's the only thing we can recommend you right now.

are you sure you didn't put yourself to "offline" ? click on social and than check this:

If hotmail/outlook isn't working, try it with gmail. check the spam folders also. Make sure you type your email correctly. we can't change your accounts name.

if the server crashed you might suffered from rollbacks, also on that note: you'll have to close the client properly. alt + f4 isn't properly saving up your data. On the hapiness: train your pokemon you'll get more hapiness by defeating wild pokes and leveling up.

Did you check your system requirements and/or update drivers? Or did the server crash while you were doing the e4?
